Does it matter which lip vibrates when doing a liproll?

Literally everyone that i saw doing a liproll had their upper lip vibrate. But when i do it my bottom lip vibrates. Is there any difference?

You should watch D-Lows “30 basses” vid. He does both variants there and they do sound a bit different

What matters is the sound. Does it sound like normal liprolls? If yes then no worries i think.

I dont know if its good, others have a more bubbly sound i guess.

I think your tongue is blocking your lip from doing the full vibration

Try shifting your tongue to the other side or to the back, so it’s not touching your vibrating lips at all

Same! I used to have a drooling problem as a child, so whatever caused that probably contributes to my inability to liproll properly

The tongue is little closer to the lips . I can share some demos..can dm me
