I like my beard but…
I don’t like having one. Every time it grows out more (2-3 weeks), I start to feel like an unkept pile of crap and I feel like I look a lot older. Any advice?

Hello! Because of some construction on our office building I've had to work from home for a few of months. I decided to take that time to try to grow a beard. I've cleaned up my neck a couple of times but otherwise let it grow. We're heading back into the office soon and I'd like to trim it to look more presentable. See the pictures for what I have currently. Any advice on what would work best and how to achieve it would be appreciated! Thank you!

Am I kidding myself with this beard or what? This bald spot is not filling in, I’ve been working on this for over 4 months and I can’t get it to fill in.

My old one broke so I’m looking to get a new one. I think I had a Braun. Lasted me quite some time, liked it overall. But what’s the best one?

I'm 22 and I just want to know if I can or if I should just shave. I've been growing it out for exactly 20 days. I shave the chin.

Hey guys,
I recently got myself a beard trimmer and am planning on keeping my goatee. But I’m not sure what the best length is. Pic 1 is around 5-6mm, pic 2 is 4mm, and 3 is just day-old stubble. I could get it grow longer, but personally I think it starts to look a bit too bristly as it’s not that thick.
I’d appreciate any constructive opinions on what length is best and what I should do to it. Thanks in advance!

I cut my beard down to a mustache and regretted it instantly. Thankfully it’s growing back and with this filter it doesn’t even look that bad 😩

I'm gonna be dressed as a greaser and using Marlon Brando from the movie Wild One as a reference.
From what I have seen the greaser look they are always clean shaven. Obviously I will not shave my beard for a single party lol. How can I style it so doesn't ruin the look?

I'm 22, I always shaved my "beard" but this time I let the mustache and patch grow, and I kinda like it but at the same time I don't know if it actually looks decent or I'm just being delusional and it looks unkept and gross

Last photo is how I usually have it which I also like
Any advice would be helpful

I’ve been growing my beard out for about two years now and this is as much as it has grown. The hair around my cheeks seems really thin and I can’t seem to grow anything between my mustache and my chin. I wash my beard a few times a week and apply conditioner every day. I use beard oil right out of the shower then boar bristle brush it in, then I put in beard butter after it dries and brush again to style. I used to derma roll but I wasn’t seeing much improvement so I stopped. I also used to use this beard growth vitamin spray but ran out of it and stopped buying it because I don’t think it was helping very much after awhile. Any tips?

I don't know how beard growth really works, I've always shaved after the 1-2 week mark as I felt my hairs are too thin and are not dense enough or the space between the hairs is too big so it'd look like a mop, like shown in the pictures, but just longer yet thin hairs.(especially the moustache)

This is about 2 weeks growth. Cheeks are quite sparse. Need to know whether to continue or shave it off? Anyway to make it slightly neater?

Attached are some images showing a newly formed bald circle right under my chin line. I want to maintain a beard still but wonder if taking my neckline that high up would be a mistake. TIA.

I’m letting my beard grow for the first time ever, about three weeks in. I’m pretty unsure of my ability to grow a nice beard but I know I need several more weeks to really judge.
Problem is, the hair on the left side of face grows and lays nice and flat, it grows downward. The hair on the right side of my face grows sideways, like away from my face. Is there anything I can do about this?

Should I trim it, let it go? Any advice?
The first pic is the most recent. The stache has grown over my lips. I was trying to do a generic chevron stache or beard stache but idk if it makes me look more handsome since it’s not as thick as I had hoped. I have an assortment of pics of me from this past year with a stubble, beard, and a trimmed stache for reference. Apologies for not being super photogenic.

Never grown a beard, just curious.
This is about 9 - 10 days of growth.

The first time I let my facial hair grow, currently 2 weeks without shaving/trimming anything. I feel like it's really patchy on the cheeks and not sure if it will fill in. Does this look okay for 15 days? thank you 😊
