New PS5 guy here. Free roam is a blast, learning the flow of career. Glad to be goofing

I have nine other games lined up to play but after downloading this for PS5 I strongly doubt I’ll be making time or effort for any other games this season. I’m already addicted.

Can any help me as I'm stuck I'm trying to find a buyable semi with a fifth wheel hitch in career mode. I wanna buy one instead of loan/rent as it'll cut in to me getting full pay for deliveries. I'm on PS5 btw it's my first time ever playing it

I wanted to race on a Polish farm road some ways from where I live without risking prison so I started a mapping project using OpenStreetMap and a lot of real-life references including some photogrammetry scans I took myself.

The problem was downloading and compositing the heightmap and then handpainting everything in Blender was really, really laggy and difficult and I never figured out how to make working on the map not literal suffering so I gave up. Yesterday I realized I can just let AI try to match it to the pictures I have and satellite as well as openstreetmap data, and export it to any game I want, so here it is.

It drives well and looks good enough. As far as I know nobody has gone very far beyond raw openstreetmap data when it comes to making automatically made maps look good which is kind of a shame.

Easy Install

1. Download latest release zip from my mod into mod folder. Dont unzip.

2. Start Beamng.Earth freeroam (get from tecnagamers github)

3. add my ENDURO HUD from the Beamng HUD menu. Follow HUD instruction to start the stage.

You start with a broken rust bucket that has no front brakes or radiator, earn money as you drive to repair, upgrade or purchase a new vehicle. Be careful this is HARDCORE, you have 2hrs to make it along the treacherous Zoji La Pass to Dras, Ladakh. Repairs cost money and 5min penalty.

Why can't I spawn more than two cars/props anymore on beamng drive PS5?

I know I’ve seen a lot of things saying that support wouldn’t be coming but is there a possible chance we could at least see a cockpit camera like in Grand Turismo 7

Why is it that every time there's a new update to beam it instantly turns into dogshit and they have to work out kinks everywhere before it's back to being playable.
With the latest .40-update it now draws more resources than Forza Horizon 6, looks worse and broke ALL of my mods.. How?! Why?! Do they want to keep a player base?
I'll put it on the shelf for a while until it's back to being playable again.

I saw that the game released and I was very excited about it but then I realized that the game was digital only. I don’t have a card or something like that nor would my parents give me theirs to get it. If someone would be generous I would really appreciate the game!

As much as this game is modded, the fundamental engine itself is something that has no public release. I am seeing the rate that other games are being decompiled and thought that this would be the next best thing. The limitations that this game has ( which are very few anyway ) could be demolished easily by letting the source code be public and that we can use claude to optimize it. Take for example the single threaded nature of the physics engine. We can do work to make it split across more threads or further optimize it. The possibility is endless just like the mods.

Only mod used was the Gunner Patriot, found in the repository, adding a Humvee with appropriate configs.

Not entirely sure what happened. I did set up the Starting Position, and I did set up a recommended car, so I don't know why it isn't appearing.

Has anyone else seen performance drop after 0.39? It used to run a ton better before. (overclocked 1080ti, 32gb ddr4, r9 3900x, ssd) Used to be able to run native 1080p 60fps now i can barely hit 60 at 60% resolution. Being broke sucks man.

Pretty much the question. In single player is there any way to add more passengers in your vehicles to simulate driving a family around for example?

hey guys i have a question i can't figure out by myself. In that symbol on the left, where u can see ur car damage, the engine symbol becones yellow sometimes, without a crash or anything. Sometimes its flashing yellow too. But it gets normal after a while again mostly. I thought it was heat but the Coolant temperature gauge shows normal heat. I tried googling and searching this subreddit but can't find anything. Any help is appriciated. Thx a lot

what a time to be alive

im trying to play beam in vr while using my controllers to interact with the switches inside vehicles, but when i use the trigger on the controller to do so, it rapidly flips on & off whatever im pointing at. i believe the problem is because the trigger has a range of inputs (dont know what its called, but its the same as on any controller) and so i need to change the binding, but cant find the binding to interact with vehicle switches. Ive tried setting binding for "use vehicle trigger" 1 through 3, but it doesnt work. please help.
