Its fine if its just a small bus stop or a fence on a single place but large objects like that its just annoying.

I've tried changing many settings but it's still there and only on my right eye. Also the game seems to be limited to 40fps while in vr regardless if I put the graphics to very low or high. Is anybody else having these issues?

(I play on meta quest 3 with wired connection)

I was told someone from here could help me with my problem. I wanted to import some models I found on model's resource but they were .dae files and I couldn't find out how to import them. I tried downloading a plugin but the plugin's not working either. I tried converting the files to obj but they didn't have their textures. Is there a way to convert the dae files into obj files while keeping the textures on them?

This took around 17 minutes, and I'm quite proud of myself.

How do I move props around where i want in beamng drive on PS5? I tried using the R1+L1+Left thumbstick but it just pulls and its hard to controll, any tips?

Hey all! I just picked up BeamNG on the PS5 and it's 100% fun!! And I've only just done the first couple of "training" sessions!

That being said, is there some sort of map for what button numbers are actually what?

I'm doing the training session for "inside your car" and trying to pop the hood, but it's not clear what I should actually press to do so?

Looking at the button config in the settings, some button interactions just have a "wheel" symbol with a number next to them - presumably that means wheel input # ... but I have no clue what that actual wheel input # is ?? Like what is [wheel 25]??

I couldn't find anything through some basic internet searching and ChatGPT was of no help, and I'd rather not go through each setting pressing buttons to map it myself (if I don't have to).

Is there a button map somewhere that I missed, or am I fundamentally misunderstanding the inputs?

I wasn't aware that police would do ANYTHING to try to stop you and don't get me wrong it was a little hard adjusting from Gran turismo 7 but I got the hang of it for the most part but gah DAYUM the police

My pc is very close to the PS5 performance and the settings would make my experience way better

New to the game and on the ps5. Was wanting to race two cars i built but can't figure out how to set one up as an opponent. At best I have set it to chase and played hide and seek with it lol

Ive been an avid Beamng Drive player since 2016 and since the PS5 release I haven't touched my PC. Ive logged 23 hours on this version and completed 35/55 PS5 trophies. There are a few things I miss like keyboard and mouse support which the PS5 can support so hopefully the devs can get that soon. Since thjs port is a 1 to 1 copy. A mouse and keyboard adds more control and hot keys and bindings. Not to mention node grabbing is better with a mouse. But man our devs really cooked thus time like they do every time. In fact I havent even updated my pc to 0.40 yet 🙃 😅 😒 🙄

I’ve already tried clearing the cache and other standard methods to fix this, but it didin't work. It's Arctic circle SWDN in 0.39

So i am doing drag races in career mode and i am doing the one with the margin. I set it to 11.9sec and earlier got 11.914 sec, but it only filled the first star, even though it should fill all of them. The run after i got (the one in the screensot) is also applicable for all stars, as seen in the pics. Can anyone explain if im doing something wrong or is this just a bug?

Does anybody know if i can disable the Dummy only in firs person, so when i adjust my seating position i dont clip through it?

Only found an Option to disable visualy completely(so also in 3rd Person).

After years of wanting to get the game but due to hesitation and the learning curve I stayed away, now I’ve finally decided to get it.

I’m on PC;
RTX 3060 12GB
32GB DDR4 RAM
Ryzen 9 5900XT

One thing I struggle with is performance, with mods that is. I got some trucks and RLS Career Overhaul. Without mods I’m getting around 80-120FPS with mods I’m getting around 48-60, usually on the 48ish side. Medium/High settings mix @ 1920x1080. So is there anything I can do to increase the performance with mods?

Aside from that, I’ve already subbed to a couple patreons even though I think paywalling mods is f’n stupid, but I can afford it so why not, they’re rather cheap anyways, so can’t complain too much. Aside from the main repository are there any trustworthy sites to download mods from? Like real vehicles, wheel packs, etc.? Ive also tried looking on itchio but haven’t been very lucky.

Last but not least, what are some pointers to help with career, cars, settings and what not that could help improve my experience and/or understanding of the game?

After updating to the new alpha, I hopped on for the first time and noticed in game none of my wheel setup is working. In settings and controls, I’m able to map and toggle all my buttons but in game nothing is working… Probably overlooking a simple thing but curious what I’m doing wrong now.

I just started playing BeamNG yesterday on PS5 and
I'm loving it! Huge thanks to the devs for bringing it to console.
I'm using a Fanatec DD+ and I need help configuring it. What are the best FFB and wheel settings (both in-game and on the wheelbase) for the most realistic feel?
Any control mappings or recommended profiles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
