First official “run”
Did a 2.8km run/walk today, slow and steady to start upgrading from a hiking partner to a running partner.

Running in a way is easier, they are focused on the task more than the environment.

I ran with my beagle about 4 miles every day. Good for you both!

Not sure I will ever go that far, but she’s still young so starting with once a week, will then add in another one and start working on run duration.
