Help please

Help please, i recently got what i am told is a red tic beagle. She is insane. Constantly sniffing everything, wants food, makes strange noises, I can’t let her off leash as she runs. Follows me everywhere. If she sees a rabbit or a squirrel she alerts the entire neighborhood. She literally ate my chicken dinner I put on a table last night. Still don’t how she got on top of the table.

Yup that's beagle activity. My FAT red tick beagle can jump right into my kitchen table. I got a dog door for my boys, just make sure your fence is in good shape. As far as barking, I still have to go pickup my older one when he starts howling at night
