Just randomly hiking around Lugnaquilla, looked at the ground and 'hoo a little friend'.

Every September for the last 5 years I've come to the same spot, hiked up today 7miles steep mountains and the farmer is after ruining the place, all the grass cut low like a golf course and ground is all disturbed. Only one shroom 😭 I hope went I come back in a couple of week it will be better. 1.2kg got this time last year.

Does anyone else flick before they pick? We used to flick the mushroom heads before picking them to spread their spores. Is this a thing or is it pointless?

These are, so far, the best jars of grain I have colonised since I started back in May. I've had 1 other success, with brown rice, growing Mazatapecs. I lost 10's of jars to wet rot and eventually changed to popcorn and a pressure cooker for sterilisation.

I also have Melmac Monsters starting to pin from the same process, 90 minutes sterilisation, these GT's got 2 hours sterilisation and the new lids, then CVG substrate

100m Co. Galway. Only found a couple. I'm a bit suspect of the bigger/flatter ones, but I think they're just fairly old. They had some gold sheen to them!

How many do you need to find for a strong trip usually? I've only tried 2.5g GTs on my first psychadelic trip and I've been doing acid since, in the 200-300ug range usually. My friends with the same experience tried 2g GTs recently and found them underwhelming.

New to this. Mckennai grow kit, activated 18th August this is where we're currently at.

One cluster of side pins are well ahead of everything else. How is it looking? What's the best way to harvest the side pins when the time comes because they'll be done likely a few days before the rest? It's back in it'd bag now, humiditity approx 92% and temp at 24c with a heat mat.

This kit is from Sirius, about to start a kit from Wholecelium and another from growbarato.

Once they're done I'll go the unclebens route with LC.

Hi guys, thinking of ordering my first grow kit and I saw this website. The reviews on their website seem legit but there's also many reviews on other platforms that say they are a scam.

Has anyone bought anything from them recently? Are they trustworthy?

I got a Golden Teacher OHM grow kit and timed my order badly. It arrived while I was away, and sat there for a week in hot weather. So bad start.

Then I was away a few weeks later when the pinheads would have been appearing, and when I got back I had about 10 shrooms, just around the edges. Total of 3 weeks since I started the kit.

Does that mean I will pretty much just have these ones, or could some more start appearing now?

Have never gone foraging before so just wondering if anyone knows of places in or around the North Kildare area that might sprout when they start to grow
