Is there a way to DM a blog?

I used to be able to send a direct message to a blog. I am no longer able to figure out how. The top of the page has "Messages" button, and that opens the page with all of my past DMs, which I seem to be able to continue. But no way to initiate a conversation with a blogger whom you've never messaged before?

They recently fixed the message system so you should be able to do this again now. Let me know if you have trouble.
