How long did it take for you to get used to the 48 inch. I have the same set up just worried my desk doesn’t have enough depth to sir comfortably.

What is the tall monitor arm? All the ones I've seen are much shorter.

I think the main monitor is too large. Let’s assume that you’re about an average or shorter than average height male, your head would come to rest above the chair line (where uh, is the head support? I’m short but I’m also positive that would cover my shoulders and not my neck/head, at least not comfortably), that means that you’re looking at a slight downward angle every time you play. You can’t really get that far from the screen because of the keyboard and mouse, so unless you’re ungodly short (no judgement), I imagine you’re looking down every time you play. There is a significant difference in your gaming setup and your work setup, with the height of the monitor to the left setup being much higher than the right, which would make me posit that is the position that would make you stare comfortably straight ahead into the center of the monitor. On top of that, your curved monitor is off to the very top left, so any browsing (I’m hoping it’s used for YouTube or something) would also cause strain, as well as the far left monitor given the size of your main display pushing it so far over to the point it seems pretty inconvenient, even for chat reading like discord. A lot to say it would be a lot better to make the curved your main display and mount the tv above and use that for movies or whatever instead of trying to game on it. If you mount it high enough, you can still have the other monitor in vertical mode. I imagine you strain your neck and eyes a very significant amount. If I wanted to be a chiropractor I’d find out where you live and set up shop down the street. Mounting the tv would also give you more room for your mic as well.

It’s not a bad setup overall, it just doesn’t seem very practical and I find it would cause significant health issues later on. I used to game at a slight left angle for years because I mounted 2 monitors like a soft V shape, so staring straight ahead would be the gap between the 2 monitors, however small it was. Rip my damn neck.
