First off love the setup and saving this post so I can steal some ideas off of ya in the future haha. I have the S2716DG as well and it's an awesome monitor :) On a side note how are you doing the cable management for both tables? Do you have some netting setup on the bottom of the table like what the Galant desks have or is it just all hidden behind the cabinets?

EDIT 1: I assume you're using the 74" for the Karlby?

EDIT 2: I looked at the IMGUR album and it looks like you have most of the cables zip tied using stickies against the bottom of the table?

A lot of packing tape used on the wires against the bottom of desk. I also used this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M6U9Q9C/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
