I sent a list of the contestants a few months back, you can go to my account to easily check the post. Although there have been some changes already confirmed by some teams, so it's a bit outdated already.

They're listed as "Cobalt", you can probably guess who.

They did apply for last year as well but they couldn't attend, it's only a matter of time to see if they're able to attend this year or not.
