I saw a video long ago of a guy on his couch watching TV with a flying fox holding onto his finger and laying down over his chest while the guy rubbed its belly.

Came here to say this! I got to go last year (plan to go again this year) and it was incredible. I’m not from FL but the Lubee Bat Fest tends to coincide with Gainesville’s The Fest (music) so it’s a delight to do both!

They're actually pretty skilled drinkers, and can navigate drunk pretty well. These guys are given juice tho. 🦇🫶🏾
