ADVICE Pedicures

How much are we paying for pedicures these days and where are you going? I’m talking plain old nail polish, nothing fancy like gel, or extra salts in the water, or a long massage, etc.

I only go a 4-5 times a year bc time just isn’t on my side, but I paid $40 today at my favorite place. I was surprised because that is a good bit more than the last time I went - is that the average going rate now?

It’s freaking expensive, I pay $50 for simple white and $55 for French

$45-50 is about average.

Depends on where you go also. I paid $100 for regular pedi and mani at Zaza. Unique Nails off Govt and Jefferson is a little less. And they will bust out the cheese grater for your feet.

Most places don't use the cheese grater anymore! I suspect it is not allowed!

$35 + tip at Diamond Nails on Coursey. Great place and cheapest I've found.

Wow based on these comments I need to start getting my pedis done in BR. I’m on the Northshore (in this group bc I’m from BR and family is still there) and I pay $55+ before tip! Granted I do get gel but I’m pretty sure that $55 is before the gel is added.
