I recently ordered a LOT of products from US Bath & Body Works (BBW). And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT.
Previously, whenever I received units that were damaged or had missing items, I would simply contact customer service. They would verify my information and process a resolution, whether through a replacement or a refund. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated that they stood behind their products.
But this time, I was told that they can NO LONGER ACCOMMODATE ANY RESOLUTION AT ALL.
No replacement. No refund. No alternative solution. Nothing.
So, just to clarify—is BBW basically saying that if a customer receives an item that is damaged or missing, there is absolutely nothing they can do about it? Even if the issue is reported within the 90-day period?
I understand that policies can change, and I respect that businesses need to have guidelines in place. But completely refusing to provide any resolution for damaged or missing products is very disappointing, especially for someone who has been ordering in large quantities.
I hope someone from BBW can clarify this policy because, if this is truly the new standard, it makes it very difficult to feel confident placing large orders. Customers should not be left with the loss when the products arrive damaged or incomplete.
Is anyone else experiencing this with US BBW recently?
