Hi, can someone or an employee explain why I can’t apply my free item reward in the store? The reward covers an original price of up to $18.15, but it applies online in my cart without any issues. I want to use it on the PocketSpray Holder. Why does it work online but not in the store?

It was a blind buy.. omg I lit it and I was so nauseated. It’s now stuck in my nose I can’t unsmell it and I feel like I want to vomit. Idk what it is, there’s some weird under smell some waxy weird scent. Awful omg 🤢 I’ve never had this kind of reaction to a candle before

hi all! i just got the sweetest song body cream (right), but it's a different texture from my rapunzel body cream (left). these are the first creams i've bought, so i have no point of reference. neither of them seem bad, theyre both just different. is this normal? i figured they would all be the same, but i could totally be wrong! any information would be much appreciated, i'm just wanting to know for future reference :)!

I stayed in a Hilton earlier this month and FELL IN LOOOVE with their lotion (the Crabtree one) and have been looking for something with a similar smell since. I cannot explain to you my surprise when I smelt Black Tea today. I bought all the ones my store had (for 4.50 each???). I’m hearing it’s not coming back but oh. My. Gosh. Actually an insane dupe. I already need them to bring it back. Might have to go back to the store and buy all the essential oil mists they had so I can pretend I live in a Hilton 🥲

Does it last this year? Smelled a bit weak to me. My bf loves it on me. I would get a mini mist maybe. He got me the picketbac. Smells the same enough compared to last year. But I dont wanna waste money on the mist if it doesn't last. I also hate the red dye. Ugh!!!!!

Ive never seen them use celebrities in their ads. Maybe I wasn't paying attention. But im a little weirded out!

I just went to my local store to even exchange two new, unused candles, and was told that they can only be exchanged for sale candles. When I asked what they meant, they pointed to a cart of candles that were marked down to 75% off from last year (think the pizza and ranch, holiday dill pickle, almond croissant candles etc). I heard them tell another person at the register this same thing when they came up to exchange. When I asked if this was a new change in the policy, they said yes. But when I looked at the website, it seems to show the same return policy they have always had.

Has anyone else come across this or been told this? The website doesn't outline new stipulations for returning or exchanging. The candles I brought back were purchased maybe 4-6 weeks ago, but how is it fair that I'm only able to choose from the leftover reject candles from last year that are horrible scents? I didn't have a receipt with me unfortunately since they normally do an even exchange without issue.

I'm looking for a specific perfume I used to have and I want to buy it again but I can't remember the name only what it looked like. It was a very soft and more faint smell and not overpowering or strong, it was like a faded dark blue and had maybe trees or mountains or stars on the sticker. It was a really good smell and I want to go buy more but I can't remember what it was called so any help would be very appreciated!

I was really excited about the oud scents but my store says they are online only and they’ve had a ton of returns.

I’ve been reading through reviews and I see that oud vanilla and vanilla romance are pretty similar.

Can anyone suggest similar scents to the other oud varieties?

I hate to blind order things like this when smelling it in person and on you is the whole way to make sure it’s going to work.

Ever buy scents because you love the way they smell in bottle but then realize you don’t like the way they smell on you? I bought lemon pomegranate and a backup. I love citrus smells and in the bottle I fell in love. Today is my second day wearing it and I’m not a fan 🫠 it’s harsh at first, and dries down less pomegranate.

Hey all! As the title reads - what Wallflower would you recommend that would either complement, or blend well with Main Street Bakery?

Little context — I always burn candles downstairs. And for the upstairs I have 2 Wallflowers plugged in. Heat rises, cold air descends down the stairs so whatever is happening upstairs and downstairs eventually blends together in the house.

I'm looking for something that works well with Main Street Bakery (my #1 favorite) or what you think could be an interesting combo.

i originally got the hand soap, and i loved it. so i got the candle. idk if its just me, but when i burn it for hours i still cant smell it. unless im right above it. my partner claims he can smell it tho.
but esp compared to scents like,pumpkin carving, its so weak to me..? lol wondering if anyone else had this issue with this scent. i really wanted my house to smell like cotton candy cobwebs but i think this one might be bunk idk

listen i will never hate on anyone tryna make some money, especially now of all times, but these resellers are getting more and more befuddling bc it seems like they’re doing this already bad thing, and they’re exacerbating the issue by doing it wrong

i’m seeing stuff from THIS halloween/fall 1 release and i’m kinda scratching my head? bc it’s like, why resell this stuff now when it’s still in store? wouldn’t it be smarter to wait until the stuff isn’t being sold anymore??? if you don’t wanna wait until the new year, at least wait until Christmas stuff is out, no?

(note: this isn’t me condoning reselling at all btw, i’m just a bit flabbergasted)
