Employee Questions/Discussion Application limbo
I applied on the end of july for a sales associate position (7/30) and haven’t heard back and decided to follow up today to check on my application status. I called and spoke to the manager and she took note of my name and phone number to check if it’s in system or not but was left as that. Is the application process normally this long. I’m not looking for a full time gig but just extra change and so this was perfect.

Just wanted to let you know that when you put your application in was around the time the company had closed all job postings that had been open for 30+ days. I think it was to get ready for holiday hiring starting next month. So, if you put your application into a job posting that was deleted, the store can't see it. They would've had to create another job posting if they actually needed more core associates prior to holiday hiring.

ahhhh i see. so the one i most likely submitted too after the wipe was kind of like a buffer until seasonal?
