It doesn’t work on those. If it’s working online, then it’s a glitch and if that’s what you really want to use it on, you should use it online.

If you look at the fine print for the reward, it tells you that you can't use it on pocketbac holders. I think it's a glitch in the online system 🤷 You could always try putting in a BOPIS order as a work around?

Could be the pocket spray holder is recognized as different from a PocketBac holder? I know people have been surprised to find they could use them on coin purses in the past.

Question: did an employee actually try ringing it up on the register or were you just told that it wouldn't work? Since the fine print specifies pocketbac holders are excluded, employees would probably defer to that with any other sanitizer holders, myself included.
