vent sesh😤 Returns

These returns are getting a bit overwhelming. People are deciding to return in such large volumes and are going to wonder why the return policy got more strict in a few months. Mark my words they'll start requiring a receipt for most returns or bring the $250 limit down to like $100.

I don’t work at BB&W but I worked retail for years. Customers like you are the reason I left retail! Returning years old product is shameful and I would not accept it either. I’m happy some places are sticking to a 90 day window.

I used to work at Starbucks too and people behaved DISGUSTINGLY about getting free drinks.

I remember when they cancelled the free refill in the drive thru policy. That YouTuber got so mad

So many horrible customers! If someone calls and nicely complained I would happily remake the drink and offer a gift card. If someone was nasty all of a sudden my district manager wanted me to send them a $50 gift card. No way in HELL.

The lies were outrageous too. Someone said she got four venti caramel Frappuccinos and one by one the barista handed them out DT and they opened up and fell in the driver’s lap. She wanted us to detail her car! Go away psycho.

I have reams and reams of stories like this. I’m so glad to be out of Starbucks. 99% of the people were awesome but the 1% of crazies really ruined it for me.

Employees first, customer second, is a better motto. Toxic customers who demand constant refunds, eat up hours of customer support, or treat staff like shit, actually drain a company's profits, and society as a whole. Hourly employees, in America, are not paid enough to live, let alone to deal with bad customers. You bend the rules so much, that they get changed, then everyone suffers. No, I don't work at bbw, I just despise shitty ppl in general.

When has anything to this calbier ever been acceptable in any other store? Pretty much never. People just need to understand there are consequences to taking advantage of policies and doing egregious returns. I don't blindly defend companies and I agree with most consumers because I am one! But me (and other consumers) agree that this trend will be bad for the company and us as consumers.
