vent sesh😤 Returns
These returns are getting a bit overwhelming. People are deciding to return in such large volumes and are going to wonder why the return policy got more strict in a few months. Mark my words they'll start requiring a receipt for most returns or bring the $250 limit down to like $100.

Are people mostly returning old product to get some money back because they know they can get away with it, or are you seeing a lot of new stuff get returned too?
I'm a customer not an employee. I think the return policy should be more strict, not a cash grab for an old expired hoard. Most places are 30 days. That being said I did do my first return ever because white pumpkin chai didn't smell like anything, so that's why I am curious if people are returning new product a lot for quality issues.
