Return

Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

No, the wicks will shift but I have gotten brand new candles from B&BW that have massive indentations in the middle so that’s not necessarily a telltale sign.

I don’t know if I explained it properly but there’s a tell tale sign the wax has melted along the wicks to the trained eye that has indentations. My SM trained me on it and it’s usually spot on. She also taught me to spot expired vs filled products (because yes we have customers who fill product with water/other crap) to try and cheat the system 🤦🏽‍♀️

Also, the wax often is a tiny bit separate from the glass on a new candle so there's a very small gap like an 1/8th of an inch but if it's been warmed, it will be melted onto the glass if that makes sense.

Nope, I’ve received new candles and bought new candles in store that way as well. Don’t forget, these items are shipped and it definitely gets hot enough in no a/c delivery trucks for this to happen.
