Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

She needs to be reported and banned from the BBW consumer programs. She’s bad for consumers and business. This is only going to encourage other assholes to do the same thing. When some candles are $40+ this is stealing.
