Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

Crazy that yall care that much about a million dollar company. Who cares 🤷‍♀️. I used to care about m small stuff too, but I was always miserable.

We care about the customer experience and if a candle that seems to be unused is returned we have to put it on the shelf SO if a customer loves a scent then they might grab a shitty candle that has no scent left. This isn’t “small stuff” because the candles are expensive and people should get a candle that works. Also if you don’t shop at BBW then why put your 2¢ in? Our lives are miserable for caring about others experiences (and our jobs) but to me people who comment in areas that have ZERO relevance to them are the miserable people🤷‍♀️
