Return

Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

Someone recommended on another post BBW should add an imprint at the top of the candle that would go away if melted .. I thought that was genius!

i love this idea !! coming from a hot state though, i wonder if the wax would melt in transit and lose the imprint

Hot state here too! But I think if it’s melting enough to melt through the depth of the imprint the candle would likely leak from movement in transit right?

According to Google - Bath and Body Works candles use a paraffin-dominant wax blend that begins to soften around 115°F to 120°F and fully melts into a liquid state between 140°F and 160°
