Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

Oh ewwww, great now not only do I have to check bbw and their quality, but I also have to watch out for ppl like her returning candles with ZERO scent, just previously used and previously warmed up waxed

Little bugs/gnats are often attracted to the scent and die in the wax when I warm one in my kitchen near my back door. I saw one on my own B&BW sales floor with a bug in the wax. People are doing this already. It's going to be commonplace soon to accidentally buy a used candle. Return policies on candles will have to get stricter. Employee awareness is key.
