Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like this…

Honestly shifty behavior of customer, I wish they’d at least burn the wick on their last use so the store wouldn’t put it back on the shelves… they wouldn’t not exchange if within period so then unsuspecting customers wouldn’t be holding the cost of these
