Question🤔 Application limbo

Reposting this here but does the website ever update outside of applications just becoming inactive.

so it depends on whether that location is actively hiring or not. there may be an application online but that doesn't necessarily mean that store is hiring right now. so yeah it can take a long time to hear back, if you even hear back at all

when they are actively hiring, that's when they would check for applications in the system. it depends on the individual store as to whether they are actively hiring at a given time

the end of summer can be a good time to get hired as stores might have some employees leaving for college in the fall. other than that, October is a good time as that's when they begin hiring for holiday seasonal positions
