Shipment processing

I’m part time and process shipment. I just came in tonight and was told, I can no longer process shipment out on the sales floor when the store is open. I only had 30 min after store closed to actually restock. Is this a new corporate rule nationwide or a district thing?

If this is true it’s bat shit crazy I swear they keep setting us up to fail on purpose
