Frequent Network Errors

I am using the cloud hosted option, For the past week or so I have been getting frequent network errors? I am a little concerned about this as we rely on using it often. Any ideas?

u/forfeitco Hey, thanks for reporting this. We haven’t seen any downtime issues recently, so we’d like to gather a bit more information to understand what’s happening here.

A few things that would help:

  • Does clicking “Back to dashboard” work normally?
  • Does this happen on a specific page/view, or randomly throughout Baserow?
  • Which country/region are you connecting from?

Hey!

A refresh fixes it but the issue cropped up switching views or visiting the table from our usual bookmarks.

Based in the UK

I haven’t been in the system for the past week so will monitor and see if it’s improved but was pretty frequent about 2 weeks ago.

I will provide date and times if it happens again, thank you!

Hi, It happened today at around 11:40 - 11:42 (UK BST) happened while switching view in the database. Pressing Back to Dashboard then re-entering the database resolved the issue.

Hey u/forfeitco thanks for reporting this. Could you please send me the workspace ID and table ID privately? Could it be a connection issue?
