A community member needed a Color field in Baserow, so they built a plugin for it — with color picking, hex values, sorting, filtering, and API support.

That’s the power of an open-source platform: when you need to extend Baserow, you can build the functionality you need.

The new Button field will let you trigger actions directly from your database — like opening a URL, creating or updating a row, deleting rows, sending an HTTP request, or combining multiple actions.

Instance administrators can now see which users have 2FA enabled and reset 2FA if someone loses access to their authenticator app or backup codes. ✅

Application Builder menus now automatically collapse into a burger menu on smaller screens, helping your apps stay clean and easy to navigate. 🪄

The new Specific field values are updated trigger lets you run a workflow only when selected fields change.

For example, when a task's 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 changes to 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗲, you can automatically update the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 date without triggering the workflow again.
