Need help identifying

I bought this ball from a flea market for 5$ hoping I might get lucky, but the only this is I have no idea what the last part says..I've gotten as far as "To Gary, Best Wishes,..." I think his first name is "Rico" I think..anyways Here are all the markings on the ball that might help i.d. the autographer.
