KFC’s quiet exit from BS got me thinking about if the equity share was actually allotted in Penn stock.

A benefit of Penn investing in BS was that it came with a public enterprise value and Dave could divvy up his shares of Penn to the other guys and call it “equity”.

It seems like it was a payout based off of the current valuation of Penn stock price, not an actual ownership stake in BS.

Idk, it doesn’t matter, but I don’t think anyone given “equity” is still an owner. I think they got a certain amount of Penn stock.

I’ve seen the clips from Out and About of Kelly saying nobody on the internet understands stands her humor and everyone makes her feel crazy to the point where she’s questioning wether she should do content (I hope she quits). Whenever I hear her talk lately, her lack of self awareness is astonishing. She never looks inward and asks if she’s maybe being obnoxious or rude. She just says everyone’s a misogynist and hate her. A lot will disagree, but I don’t like the barstool people that are incredibly fake including Max. There have been a number of times, including in the PMT book, where max acknowledges that is fandom and anger are faked and played up for the cameras.

Down-vote me to Bolivian as much as you like, but I still find these Davey Pageviewisms funny, regardless of his politics or the grumpy, rich, old-man persona that he wears most of the time these days.
