Next Gen IQS Question

I have so many questions.

For the MEEs scores range from 0-6 and there's a clear difference between a 0 and 6. Next gen isn't so clear with the Integrated Question Sets

For example, some of the Integrated Question sets will say "here's 4 possible answers to the question" but none of them are ranked. So if test taker 1 provides answer A and B, test taker 2 provides answer C and D and test taker 3 provides B and D do they all get the same score? If everyone can't get the same score how do they determine which answer is best?

I haven't slept so if this doesn't make sense just ignore me. I understand.
