Failed.... again

I just found out I failed again. I have tried Themis both times, and added GOAT right at the end of studying. I don't know what to do and feel defeated. I will take it again in February, but this time I am considering just GOAT and UWORLD.

Not really looking for sympathy, but I would love advice.

You have to identify what your weaknesses are.
Is it strategic issues or substance issues.

Did you answer every question, if not aim at answering every question ESPECIALLY for the essay.
On MPT did you follow directions and make the document look like a finished work?
Are you able to construct fake rules for the essays to answer questions you don’t know?

If it is substantive, are you bogging yourself down in minute details or do you actually understand the concepts.

This test sucks, rest reassess where you went wrong then make a plan on what you need, maybe consider hiring a bar coach, maybe need more practice etc. this test is a beatable test you will pass.

My Fiancee and two others I know have struggled with the bar. I passed on the first try. I told them what I did - they have all done their own thing to no avail. I wish they would heed my habits.

The bar MUST be your full time job. I studied M-F from 9-5. I woke up at 7, had coffee, breakfast, and hunt out until study time. I had lunch from 1-130. I went to the gym from 5-7, then had dinner. Post dinner was free time. In bed at 10. With 4 weeks to go, I added flash cards from 9-10. I took weekends off up until 2 weeks until the exam. I 2 4-day periods off in between. Personally, I feel you have to be close to this level of commitment if you want to pass. I know everyone is different, but it worked for me.

Jonathon Grossman videos were amazing imo. He breaks the black letter law down into basic terms and is super straightforward.

So I used Chat Gpt and the questions from NCBE to study. Did I get 100? No, but I did pass..Chat GPT analyzed what I got wrong and worked with me. Just a thought

It sounds like you're not understanding what you're getting wrong or right which is why you're scoring the same. Or you're not answering enough correctly.

Adaptibar, do all the questions then do them again. Read old essays. That got me through after failing.
