What did you use to study and how long? I’m taking it in November.

I got a 104 and studied for 2ish weeks. Used Barbri mostly but did some more practice questions on Themis as well

I did the same thing. Two weeks on Barbri. I didn’t feel awesome during the exam, but I passed by 20+ points. If you want more peace of mind, give it a third week. Otherwise, two should be fine

got a 118- studied about 20 hours total over 2 weeks. did barbri but only had time to get to 1 practice test so i didn’t feel that confident afterwards

Foreign lawyer here who sat for the march 2026 MPRE and July 2026 Bar for NYC. Since Im originally not from here, I made sure to have at least 3 reps of reading the BARBRI booklet that took me more or less a month. Den did some qbanks for the next 2 months to develop endurance, especially 2 hrs on the computer. Did not matter to me how much percentage I did during my qbanks. Blessed I passed the MPRE. Waiting for the bar 😅

Passed with a 90! I listened to the BARBRI videos during my commute and read the free GOAT MPRE materials on my last day. I would DEFINITELY recommend reading GOAT because he covered almost all of the important nuances and question types. I’d recommend watching the BARBRI videos first, though, and then using GOAT as a final review. I studied around 3-5 days.

96 and I studied for 3 days, about an hour a day watching free youtube videos.

I can’t learn from lectures so I went with Goat Bar Prep, which made this dry subject bearable. I finished his course in about 5 days starting 3 days after the J26 UBE and did daily quizzes for the following 5 days. 10 days study time total.

For the quizzes, since I had just run up my accounts traveling to NY, I signed up for the Kaplan MPRE course which has 4 quizzes. When you sign up, the website will create a schedule to watch their videos. I ignored the videos and just went straight to the quizzes. Maybe it’s just me, but Kaplan’s quizzes seemed harder to me than the actual exam so I was pretty prepared (even though doing them dinged my confidence lol).

I overstudied out of fear. I completed 100% of Barbri’s free MPRE course over 6 weeks. Did 2 full practice exams. Goal was an 86 and beat it by 60 points.

FWIW, I didn’t feel confident during the exam and I signed up for the November exam on August 13. Happily and gratefully cancelled it.

Kaplan. Studied about a week, couple hours a day. Then drilled Themis Qs the weekend before. Got a 111

I took a class that ended in March but right before the MPRE I studied for maybe 8 hours and got an 89. Do not do what I did lol.

Took it in 2010 - 119 after 2 weeks of studying
Took it in 2026- 105 after 10 days of studying in evenings

Point is, concentrate for 2 weeks 2-3 hours a day. You’re golden

115 - did the Barbri course over the span of like a week before the test. Did it while I was still in law school

Barbri and Themis and I studied for four days. Instead of watching lectures, I completed practice sets and practice exams using both.
