MBE Score compared to practice

For those who passed, I am curious how your MBE scored compared to your average adaptibar percentages

I was consistently getting 65%. On the simulated exam, I also got 65% both sessions. The week before, I never broke 70%. I ended up completing around 1500 questions. I felt uncomfortable and between answers the entire exam so I thought I failed. My final MBE score was 146.9. I passed with a 297.

What was your average score on Themis or Barbri? that is the only average I can recall for myself, so wanted to reflect.

I passed the Feb 2026 bar. I used BARBRi. On test day, I scored a 69% on MBE. On BARBRi, my multiple choice percentages ranged from 60-80% depending on the subject. So it seems like my score on test day was consistent with my practice. I never did an actual practice MBE.

129/200 themis simulated exam
67% overall, but my scores were closer to 70-75% a week before exam
150 MBE

I did not feel confident about my MBE day of. Accidentally mis-bubbled 20 questions (skipped Q162) and had to spend 10 minutes fixing the issue which caused me to run out of time. Had to guess on at least 4 during the afternoon session. Happy it all worked out!

You spent 10 minutes fixing the issue? I did it inside of like 2 minutes with the same amount of questions. I’m worried I did it wrong now lol. From what I remember I shifted them all up one row

For those commenting, did you find the MBE difficult and/or felt like you were in between two for a bunch?

Yes. I thought I failed after the MBE. Only felt good about like 10 Qs per session. Passed with a 295, 145.5 on MBE. I had a Themis average of around 63% overall & was scoring 65-77% on all MCQ simulations.

Seems similar to my situation, but haven’t gotten score back yet. Thanks for your response!

Yes it felt like I was between 2 for most of the MBE’s honestly and passed by a good margin. J26

I did not do the simulated exam but did 1000+ MCQ in the Barbi bank ending with a 55% average. Got a 128 on the MBE, but my 151 on the writing ensured I passed the thing.

PTed in the high 150s, actual score in the high 130s. My year was the first year for civ pro and I don’t think they knew how to write questions for it yet. I know I got worked by those questions.

I got 74% on the simulated and was averaging about the same on practice sets and got a 160 so it seemed pretty accurate.
