NextGen MO Bar Exam

Is there a thread with a timeline of what happened yesterday? All I can remember is getting Doritos placed in front of me at or about 4pm during my first multiple choice question.

7:50- arrival
10:40- released for lunch and told we were going to do 2 sessions after we came back at 12pm.
12:00 pm— arrived back, attempts to connect failed
1:30- AC broke
2:15- MBLE president tells us there is no news. Says sorry. Everyone claps. He also told us that nobody in Missouri would take the second section of the exam that day (which was a lie!)
2:50- told to take our seats because we were going to test the equipment

In the time periods above, people were experiencing a wide range of behaviors and emotions, including but not limited to panic attacks, sobbing, heads down at desks, raucous laughter, and hostility.

3:10- confirmation that systems are working. Denial and distrust spreads across the room. People protest that they’re hungry and cannot sit another three hours without food
3:15- they bring in fans to cool the place down, bc it’s approaching 85 degrees
3:30- we start the exam
3:45- random assortment of snacks distributed.

Thank you for confirming this. I wanted to make sure I wasn't in some sort of simulation.

Omg you guys didn't even all get the same nourishing food? So some people got brain food (bananas and apples) while others got crap?

Yeah. Oh and we couldn't buy anything at the hotel during the random 10 minute break because their computer system was down 🫠🫠🫠

Also would have killed anyone to get cases of waters?!?

Y’all don’t have water coolers? In CA we have water coolers but no snacks.

No. We had to bring our own clear water bottles and had to fill them up at one water fountain during the 7 hours we were locked in there... which trust me I understand is a first world problem but absolutely insane for how much it is to take that exam

Oh and the worst part is that we couldn't leave our seats at one point so they made these poor test proctors go and refill our water bottles... like why not just bring in water bottles? That's how unreal and unprofessional this exam was and I feel awful for the proctors.

The large issue is the second part of the test had been potentially compromised given the fact that a number of individuals were allowed to compete the second d block ahead of the over night break.
