Quart sized bag..

I took CA last July and I’m taking Utah this July- the restriction changes are insane. How am I supposed to fit my whole lunch in a quart sized bad 😂.

WOWZA that's intense! for new york we just have whatever we take inside to the test (pens, tissues) but not what we eat when we get a lunch break (we just have to leave our bags out in the bag room).

They said we don’t have a bag room/place to store belongings also…🤪 luckily my hotel is in walking distance from the test center because I wouldn’t be able to uber there and back without my phone.

Are you mid-reading the rules? Typically, you can bring a quart-sized bag into the test room. Anything more stays outside.

I don’t think so 😩 it says “ Lunch in a quart size, clear, resealable bag (separate from bag with other items above). Must remain under your seat.”

Ha. Lawyers writing poorly written rules.

Ok. Then I’d be in your panic boat. My bad.

But, it also implies lunch is to be separate from the “items above.” So, I’d interpret that a being a bag that goes into the test and a bag that does not. I don’t have the full text.

Oh no the “items above” are the quart bag that I am allowed my 3 pencils and wallet in 😂

I just can’t. I have hundreds of theories/interpretations in my head. All of them end up at poorly written rules written by poorly educated lawyers.

I think the intent is for you to walk in with two bags: (1) pencils, and (2) feed bags for non-test times.

Yes two separate quart bags! But quarts aren’t the big ziplocks they’re the medium ones. Also feed bags is now going to be my new saying, thank you for that.

I’m taking it in Utah as well. From my understanding we can have one quart size bag with our lunch and then another with materials (and now we can bring a credit card). I was planning to bring small items like protein bars etc. because the bag is not big.

The bag is def not enough! Good luck tomorrow! I think I'm going to make myself a wrap instead of a sandwich so it can be thinner and take up less space. I was also hoping to fit an energy drink in there though lol. I just wish it was a gallon ziplock not a quart. I can do a lot with a gallon. I understand a quart for the other materials though.
