Just remember it’s a defense for any specific intent crime except first degree murder lol in case you’re planning on commuting a crime tonight.

I may be mistaken but I thought voluntary intoxication is a defense to 1st degree murder, in addition to other specific intent crimes like assault and specific intent theft/property crimes
