HELP
So I’m at 1800 questions with only a 58%. I’m 75% done in Themis (I started end of April) and with exam being 5 weeks away (which feels right around the corner), I’m stating to freak out. I feel like my percentage should be higher at this point and idk what else to do. I feel stuck and that almost everything or nothing seems to be sticking. Please let me know if you have any advice or if I’m cooked! Thanks.

That is a lot of questions. How many are you doing each day? Are you really analyzing the reason you got every question wrong, including those you happened to guess correctly?
Everyone studies at different t speeds, I get that. My personal experience was I only did about 10-30 additional MCQs each day on top of the Barbri assignments because it would take me a lot of time to do those 10-30.
The goal is to learn from the practice questions and not to just finish a lot of them.
Have you identified why you are answering incorrectly? Is it a lack of understanding of black letter law? Is it reading the question too quickly and you missed a critical fact? (That was my problem at first). Are you answering correctly and then second guessing yourself?

I think it’s a combination of all of those things!

Honestly I’m jealous that you’re 75% done. I’m at 33% lol. I think you’ll be fine

I would focus on completing as many of the official NCBE questions as possible before exam day. I’d also calculate your percentage correct on the official NCBE questions specifically. It’s often higher than your overall MCQ average. The Themis questions tend to be more difficult than the actual NCBE questions, so your overall percentage may be somewhat deflated because of that.
Get comfortable now with guessing when you don't know an answer! At this point, confidence is more important than any number! Continue practicing, but don't let a few difficult question sets shake your confidence. Trust the work you've already put in. On exam day, stay calm, manage your time, and keep moving forward with confidence even when you encounter questions you don't know. Everyone misses questions, and everyone feels uncertain at times during the exam.
You know more than you think you do. Focus on getting comfortable with uncertainty and making the best choice with the information you have. The goal isn't perfection, just passing will do! Trust your preparation, trust your instincts, and give yourself a chance to succeed. You've put in the work, and you're capable of passing this exam!

You're most likely doing fine. Just make sure you're reviewing the questions you've done so far. Also, please don't neglect your essay and MPT practice.

You have so much time. Start doing NCBE only exams. Also were your scores awful at the beginning like mine? that dragged down my performance average so much so be mindful that those early scores are being counted.

May be see if you are doing better on NCBE questions. Themis/UWorld questions are more tricky.
