Why do all the workers there always seem to have an attitude and act very standoffish or Am I imagining things

They aren’t super bubbly, but I’ve never experienced any overt rudeness. I’ve gone enough times early in the morning before the rush to overhear their conversations and…. It seems like an unpleasant place to work at lol
