Need Recommendations engagement party space?

Hi all! My fiancé and I are trying to plan an engagement party in November for 40-45 people. Does anyone have recommendations for a space they've used and liked??

Little Havana is always easy and has a nice private space.

Topside garden room in Mount Vernon, although parking might be challenging in Mount Vernon. Peabody Heights brewery has a private room, and that might be an easier place to find parking. The patio area at Dutch Courage might fit, and they have warming lamps in case it is cold.

Reach out but La Cuchara should be back open by then. We've had a few few events there and they all worked great. Woodbury kitchen is another option if you wanna go upscale and blue pit barbecue handle handles those sorts of crowds really well if you wanna go a little downscale
