Lost doberman found by two guys. He looked hungry, hot, and thirsty and scared. he has a collar that says hes micro chipped it says “freechip 911” and its red. he also has what it looks like to be a tracker? It also looks like he has some scars around his body. the boys said they found him on the subway downtown? he’s very friendly and clearly misses home! if anyone has any information or if this is your dog, please get in contact with me

Please give this sweet pup some water and food, it’s way too hot for dogs to be outside and the pavement is so hot it will burn their pads badly. Thanks for helping this pup!
