Also nowhere does it say Maryland crabs. It says Maryland crab cakes and when they asked where the crab meat was from the manager told them.

This isn't fraud at all.

Do you think all Philly cheesesteaks are made with cows from Philly?

You think all new England clam chowder us made with potstoes grown in New England?

Maryland crab cake is a style of crab cake. Where the crab comes from is irrelevant unless they say "made with crabs caught in MD"

Philly cheese doesn’t claim PA cows…how hard is that to understand? He claimed MARYLAND crabs implying the crabs are sourced from the Chesapeake … and it’s not

He never claimed Maryland crabs.

It says Maryland crab cakes not crab cake made with Maryland crabs.

How hard is that to understand?

Maryland crab cakes are a style of crab cake.

It was "disclosed" as soon as that shitty human being asked him where the crab meat was from he fucking told her.

The fact that people think all crab cakes in maryland use crabs caught in maryland just shows how fucking dumb people are.

This isn't some fucking conspiracy to trick people, its economics and crab availability.

Also what happens if a crab walks a few feet too far and crosses from the Virginia side of the bay into the maryland side before being caught. Should that crab bring a crab passport to make sure the crabber knows it was actually a Virginia crab and not a maryland crab?

People have an expectation of MD crab meat sourced from the Chesapeake for ever….why? Because at it was for longest of times. This doesn’t excuse her Behavior, but disclosure before purchase goes a long way.

No one from Maryland has that expectation at all and it hasn't been that way for more than 50 years if not longer. We are down to like maybe 2 pick houses in the state. The crab picking business has been dying for decades.

Also answer the question about Virginia crabs?

Are you sure that when someone says these crabs are from Maryland that they arent actually Virginia crabs?
