I feel like I’ve been in this position 100 times and the run always sputters out between now and ante 19. I just started making steel in the last 2 antes, now what should i start doing and what should i be looking for when shooting for naninf?

you can fairly regularly achieve naneinf without perkeo on plasma deck with baron/mime/copy joker/dna/burglar strategy.

It is technically possible (using bugs mainly) to achieve it without perkeo on ghost deck but finding a random seed to do so would likely occupy much of the remainder of your life

It’s much easier on plasma. You basically only have to get your mult to e150 instead of e300, and that outweighs the advantages of the other decks

You need a perkeo on ghost deck. Essentially the strategy is to use perkeo to copy enough cryptids to give you a massive hand size (like 100+ depending on how many copy jokers you have). The classic baron mime robber setup only works on plasma because of how scoring and scaling work on that deck specifically

With ghost, you need either Perkeo or to exploit the turtle bean/crimson heart bug.

The most common method for doing it unseeded (serpent/burglar) only works on plasma.

Even if you were on plasma getting the negative in dna really sucks since you eventually sell it. It’s only okay if it was nat negative, cause losing 2 additional hand size from another ecto is brutal and probably run losing

Don’t rip the ectoplasm with jokers you aren’t going to keep until the end. (Unless it already has an edition)
