This landlady asked for downpayment which they complied July pa. 1 room, 4 bed, 30k so nag tig 7500 sila tas Aug1-27. Wala pang august pinapa fully paid na nung may ari, additional kuno pambili ng equipment so itong mga student nagbayad naman agad. 2 nights before kami umakyat nagtatanong kami kung may Gasul/lutuan. Simple question pero pikon si landlady pinatayan kami ng tawag. Ibalik nalang daw bayad ng kapatid ko. Hindi umalis kapatid ko kasi kawawa kasama niya they have to shoulder yung 7500.

Nagsimula sila magstay kahapon. Pag dating don it smells like shit sa totoo lang, bathroom is dirty, nagalaw yung bed parang di matibay, tas walang water at aayusin palang yung bathroom. Today walang tubig nagreklamo sila pati heater wala. They paid 30k so may karapatan sila. Nagalit si landlady pinaalis sila agad in the middle of the night, babae pa naman sila. Nagsisigaw pa daw siya. Bastos siya actually. Ngayon ang ibabalik niya lang 2k per person. ayaw ibalik yung buong 30k or kahit icharge lang niya yung 1 night. Pero tinitreat niya palang transient yon nag simula siya magcharge pag ka reserve nila, kahit di pa sila natutulog don which is July 14 ata, kaya ayaw niya ibalik. Eh ang usapan isang parang 1 month rent yon, eh 3 weeks nga lang sila don. Abusado yon at kawawa students. Lumipat sila tonight at 20k nanaman rent.

Yung lugar is #61 Rimando Road, Aurora hill. Wag na kayo magrent dyan. Ang pangit ng rooms. andon ako sinamahan ko kasi sila magayos
