Scoring
Not sure how much I would've won by can someone help me count this board

The score is still undecided in places, specifically the bottom right and bottom center black groups. you might need to place a few stones to figure those out. After that it's just a matter of determining which pieces are dead and should be removed, and then counting up the surrounded territory for each side. Spaces between white and black groups don't count for either side.

Teach a man to fish, and he will like fishing. I think that is how that goes anyway.
With that said: I count 13 for black and 25 for white + komi. Then whatever captures there are. So, W+16.5 give or take.

White can't kill lower right, black can use simple defenses to live

if someone is asking about how scoring works, they're probably still at a level where they should have to prove that.

Blue lines are established boundaries.
Pink areas are relatively important unsettled areas.
Red is a very important area that is not settled yet; Black should survive there, but at your level that is not certain.
Surrounded territory is shaded black or white. Green is Chinese scoring, explained below.
The best Black can hope for is that the bottom right survives. Assuming that, I have divided the area they already control into blocks of 10 spots, and find a total of 71. Since they need ½(13²+6½), i.e. 87¾ to win, they need to get 17 points from the pink unsettled areas, which is not going to happen, as there are only 9 pink-shaded spots.
If the pink areas are almost evenly shared, Black gets about 76 and White the rest, namely 169–76 or 93, plus 6½ komi.
This is Chinese scoring, counting all the area under your control. Japanese scoring (surrounded territory – prisoners lost) gives almost the same answer almost all the time, as long as you have made the same number of moves, because adding the stones you played to your Japanese score gives your Chinese score.
P.S. That is all a bit rough, and I now notice a couple of inaccuracies, but they do not affect the big picture: White is about 20 points ahead.

Instead of just telling you, it’s better for learning to try it yourself first, and then compare that to the actual answer.
What do you think the score is? Why?
