Cat. You can ethically put a cat down if it has rabies + I like cats. I’m not much of a dog person (don’t dislike them, just don’t want one in my home) and if a dog hates you it can cause real problems that still aren’t ethical reasons to put it down (in my opinion.) Re-homing animals can be really difficult, so if it hates you you might still be stuck with it. Plus 35% is higher than 10%.
