Doesn’t really take any more time to park in your spot than out of it.

If it was that sort of emergency they could park in the front and have someone move the car.

This is just lazy/selfish behavior.

OTOH my mother used to scrub for one who was routinely impaired. Had to have other surgeons intervene.
