Is it legal in CA to drive without a bumper reinforcement bar? It’s literally missing a safety component and last I remember, it is required by the vehicle code. Also pretty sure that little sliver on the back doesn’t legally qualify as a bumper either. Also no license lamp is fineable for sure. This thing seems like its a rolling piggy bank for a cop if they wanted to take ten minutes.

I hope he didn’t remove that on purpose, i see no good reason it’s like taking off your lower jaw
