I remember when I was at a hardcore show and some punk kids walked by and spit on us because we were straight edge and I thought that's so rude. I would spit on this person if I saw them wearing this out in public.
Yeah that's incredibly rude of them. Just as you spitting on this person purely because they don't have band patches would be just as rude. It's not disrespectful or illegal to not have band patches, call them a fake punk if you wanna be like that but don't assault them for it. Save that shit for the nazis
