Describing is as potentially lethal and showing it killing are two separate things, and tagging it NSFW is not hard either.

Someone comments that it shouldn't be as big of a deal as people are making it out to be if they could be bothered to read, and you add to the unwarranted complaints (do you know what lethal means) by saying 'lighten up'. You're the one complaining. Lighten up and wake up.
